    "Villa Anastasia"flat on the 1st floor of a holiday home by the sea, in N. Iraklia - Chalkidiki, for rent during the summer season.
    Flat on the 1st floor of a holiday home by the sea, 60 m2, autonomous, offers an excellent combination of elegance, comfort and Mediterranean charm, on a plot of 500 m² with areas for rest and relaxation, (garden, lawn, gazebo), ideal for a summer holiday with the family, for those seeking peace, relaxation and high quality of life in a quiet coastal village.
    The flat has, front and right, two terraces approx. 9 m x 2.9 m and the 2nd 0.8 m x 7 m, which offer a wonderful, magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the divine Olympus, both during the day and at sunset. These terraces are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a cosy lunch or dinner with a glass of wine and breathtaking views.
    The flat is flooded with light and has an airy feel with an excellent layout. It has two bright bedrooms, ideal for family life, a spacious living room, ideal for relaxing with views of the sea and Mount Olympus, a functional and inviting kitchen with dining area and a functional bathroom/WC.
    It has air conditioning in every room and an armoured entrance door.
    It is about 300 metres from the centre of N. Iraklia, where you will find everything you need for your daily life: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, pastry shops, playground and 220 metres from the sea. Along the coast there are beach bars, tavernas and restaurants - all within walking distance.
    Only 4.5 km. away is Nea Kallikratia, a lively town with a health centre, with complete infrastructure and additional facilities.
    It is about 28 km from the airport "Macedonia"/Thessaloniki.
    It has a car park.
    The flat consists of:
    1. 2 bedrooms with double beds, with three wardrobes, TV and air conditioning,
    2. a living room with all necessary electrical appliances for the kitchen, all necessary cooking and eating utensils, a dining room with table and 4 chairs, a small office, a living room with 1 corner sofa, a piece of furniture with TV and air conditioning,
    3. a bathroom-WC with shower and
    4. large corner terrace with table, seating and views of the sea and Mount Olympus.
    In the garden area there is a barbecue, a gazebo with table and chairs and sun loungers on the lawn.
    Outside, in the garden, there is a shower and taps.
    People who can be accommodated: up to 4 (four), no more than 4 people
    Minimum stay: 6 days.
    Smoking is not permitted in the house, nor are pets.
    Rental period: from June to 30 September each year.

    "Villa Anastasia" is a holiday home in the coastal village of Nea Iraklia in the municipality of Nea Propontida, in the prefecture of Chalkidiki, in northern Greece.

    a) the kitchen, with the kitchen counter, the electrical appliances: electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and generally all kitchen utensils (cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, etc.),
    b) from the dining room with table and seating, and
    c) the living area, which has a corner sofa, a TV cabinet with TV, a table and a sofa. There is air conditioning in this area.
    2. a small hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom/WC.
    3. the bathroom-WC with shower.
    4. two bedrooms with double beds measuring 2.00 m x 1.40 m and wardrobes, each with

    Parts of the room to which visitors have access and which they can use.
    Guests have exclusive use of the verandas on the 1st floor, the kiosk where there is a table with seating, the sun loungers on the lawn and shared with the owners, the barbecue, the garden where there is seating and the outdoor shower.
    Description of the neighbourhood
    The house is located in a quiet area with mainly holiday homes, not densely populated, very close to the beach and the village centre, where there are all the necessary food and leisure shops.
    Opportunities for visitors to move around the neighbourhood
    Due to the short distance from the centre of the village, about 300 metres, you can walk and take a stroll to the local market. You can also walk to the nearest beach, about 200 metres, for a swim. All this can of course also be done by car.
    The car park is right next door and is fenced.
    The residence has undergone a radical remodelling and renovation within 2025.
