Dog Friendly:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for the $335 pet fee. Owners must keep dogs on leash at all times and must clean up waste in the yard daily. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches (Gulf or Sound) in Santa Rosa County.

House Rules & Important Details
-Occupancy: Maximum 12 guests (including infants and daytime visitors).
-Booking & Reservation Changes: Rates are calculated based on the details provided at the time of booking. Any subsequent modifications to your reservation (such as guest count or dates) may result in additional fees. No reservation changes are permitted within 14 days of arrival.
-Age Requirement: Renter must be over 25 and occupying the unit for the duration of the reservation.
-Pet Policy: maximum 2 dogs. Dogs must be on leash at all times when outside.
-Local Guests: Local rentals (within 100 miles) are restricted, host approval is required before booking.
-No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony.
-Security: For guest safety and rule compliance, the exterior front door areas are monitored by cameras.
-Pool: Managed independently by the HOA of the complex. Temporary closures for routine maintenance may occur and are non-refundable.
-Parking: The driveway and garage will accommodate up to five (5) vehicles. Street parking is not allowed / fines will apply.
-Accessibility: Climbing a large flight of stairs is required to enter this property. There is no elevator.

Agreement: A signed rental agreement listing all guests (including daytime visitors) is required.
