For $1/day, you can walk on the pier and enjoy sightings of dolphin pods, rays and sea turtles.

Since Navarre Beach sits on a barrier island, you’re surrounded by water to take kayak or paddle boards out for a day of fun. There are multiple local fishing charters to choose from as well. You can also travel east towards Pensacola Beach on one of the most scenic and stunning drives you'll ever take. Proceed over to Gulf Islands National Seashore that's been untouched and contains breath taking sunsets. Love golf? Be sure to bring your clubs and challenge the 18 holes at the Club at Hidden Creek, just a few miles away. Take the whole family for a day of fun at the Gulf Breeze Zoo with over 800 animals. Drive down to Juana’s for night of fun or stop by Windjammers for food and drinks. Very quiet and scenic neighborhood for walks/runs. Bikes and kayaks/paddle board available for guest use as well as Beach umbrellas, chairs.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will NOT be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key! Drive straight to your home and enter the front door with an electronic lock code. Prior to your visit, we will send you our mobile app with directions and full instructions.
- Plenty of parking in driveway (approximately 4-6 cars)

NOTE: Home is located in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Although the listing states No Parties or Events, small events/gathering of friends and family can take place with prior permission from the owner.

County noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Loud music/noise is not to be heard within 50 ft of property line after 9:00PM CST.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming is available with guest accounts.
There is an out door shower to rinse off water/sand. There is a hose in back of the house inside the shower or in the front of the house has a hose to rinse off Kayak and paddle board. Please utilize towels to dry.
