From the moment you walk in you'll notice the open, bright and airy feel of this beautifully decorated condominium. This condo is on the first floor, but not ground floor as there is some parking underneath the building. condo 104 is only one of two condos in all of Summerwind Center featuring 20-foot ceilings giving the condo a grand entrance and a much bigger feel. The condo faces the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a palm tree theme in the kitchen and family room giving the condo a beautiful Florida accent. Enjoy the wraparound balcony where you can see both the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy with friends or take in the view of the Navarre Fishing Pier. All the bedrooms and the family room are carpeted. The front bedroom faces the waterway, has a TV, is decorated with bright green and yellow colors, and has an attached bath. The second bedroom also features a TV with a VCR. The primary bedroom has its own access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite bathroom has a tub and separates glassed shower, double sink and space around the bath to sit or decorate. There is a large chair to sit on beside the armoire. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room. There is plenty of seating in the den with a queen sofa bed.

This tower’s exterior is currently undergoing off-season construction, including power washing and painting, which may affect this vacation rental during your stay. Specific dates of when and where the work is taking place are not available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

- Check-in was like a treasure hunt. I’d suggest a specific section on check-in outlining the multiple locations to go to for each step.- Shower in first bath had to be finagled to work then it made an awful squealing sound.- Pillows are awkward to sleep on. Bring your own.- call the owner number didn’t work. Had to call a different number.- only one pool of the 3 is heated. Had to figure that out by asking around.- buy ice because the refrigerator ice doesn’t work through the door- logistics of the whole process is unique and tedious to get to, get in, and secure.The condo was pleasant and the location was beautiful.We would probably stay again now that we know the initial challenges.

This property is managed by Vacasa, everything went smooth until I went to pick up my check in packet. The management property looked neglected “ dirty exterior, chipped paint, ect”. There wasn’t anyone there, they did have a note on the door with a number but we keptgetting disconnected. I hadBegun to fear I’dBeen scammed, 30 minutes later and Extremely frustrating start to what turned out to be a lovely vaca! ThePros, Condos location was great, there are several good restaurants and pier within walking distance. It was well equipped and WiFi was good. The bedrooms were a nice size and all have a bath attached. It was perfect forOur adults trio but would be good for a familyWith small kids too. Very convenient. Cons… The queen bedroom headboard appears to be disconnected from the bed and the mattressPad was noisy, and if yourPicky…the chairs on the deck in my opinion need to be the higher director chairs. The floorLevel is great but the safety railing cut offThe viewOf the ocean for my whole crew. 5 ft to 6.2. And lastly, the main kitchen/living area could use a paint refresh. You could see a touch up was made but the paint was not a match. That being said IWould definitely good again.

Nice condo, beautiful, safe property. Check in process could have been explained a little better. You have to go a block away and check in at the Vacasa office. All the texts leading up to the stay were great but this could have been made a little more clear. Also, multiple texts saying if we can check in early we will be notified is kind of misleading if there is no intention to allow early check in. The condo and stay itself was great otherwise.

Nice place

Some aspects were a bit dated, like the countertops, the toilets and some worn paint on some of the doors here and there. It was still nice enough for the offseason price. I did encounter one roach the last day where the trashcan is located. The biggest downside to thisnproperty is it being on the 1st floor right anove the very busy pool area For that reason alone, i would not pay the inseason rate for this property. .

The condo was nice. The kitchen needs knives in a HUGE way. The condo was cool and clean, the beds were way too hard for our liking but we were able to sleep.

Very Nice

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had beautiful balcony views of pool and ocean. Some of the TV remote controls didn't have batteries. That's the only issue that we had. This was a great place to take our family and would highly reccomend it.

Always have a great experience, but this time didn’t feel condo was ready. The garbage disposal was stopped up didn’t work, the dishwasher had standing water in it leaking into floor, bathroom in the hallway was running and wouldn’t flush, the stop across the floor where carpet meet tile was not attached no screws were in it strip it was loose. After several phone calls someone was sent out very nice gentleman named Dino. He fixed everything in a very short time! He’s Avery nice person you are lucky to have him. After that our stay was fabulous.

Some disappointments for the price paid

No door on queen room, lg bath toilet ran constantly, queen bath was dirty, leak damage in the lr, the transition strip between kitchen and lr was loose and cut a toe, a big place on the wall as you come through front door and looking on, the right elevator sounds like it’s going to break down at any minute. Last, there were several spots on the carpet in the twin room, plus the mattress's queen and twin were rough to sleep on. We had a wonderful time but don't want to be held responsible for any of the issues.

Overview of our experience

Overall it was a great experience. Hopefully we'll be back again. Just a few minor issues. We were informed of the missing bedroom door by customer service, not an issue. The fan in the master bathroom was very loud and the screen door in the livingroom room needs to be repaired/adjustments. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Beautiful place. All beds and living room furniture was horrible. Ice maker didn’t work.

The king bed was so wore out. The queen bed every time you moved made horrible noises and the twin beds were like sleeping on flying saucer. The living room furniture had cloth cover ups just over padding. The pots and pans you couldn’t/wouldn’t cook on with them. The ice maker never worked. I love the location and I will definitely go back to summerwinds just not that particular condo.

Great location

Check in was smooth- walking distance to a few beach bars! Everything was great! We were a little disappointed the ceiling fan didn’t work in the master but my husband found the plug in fan in the closet, so that worked just fine! Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Navarre! Oh and the beach umbrellas and chairs were super handy! I assumed they would be in a closet somewhere in the room but they are already set up for you on the beach, you just have to tell them your name and room number! 5/5 would def recommend this condo!!

Great location but condo needed a lot of repairs and updating it was not worth the money we spent.

Everything thing to get there went smoothly but once there our 3 bed condo was not worth the money it needed updating had another of stains on furniture and carpet beds were very lumpy cable wire broke in back room ceiling fan broke dishwasher broke😩

The overall experience of Summer winds was quite pleasant. I believe the vacasa and VRBO came together have made our stay worth it. we had a few hiccups with damaged items and repairs that needed to be taken care of. I believe these problems will be addressed. Thank you for helping us through this and making our vacation one to remember.

The condo was beautiful. Had no problems checking in and the stay was great. It was quite and very spacious. The only problem was that I couldn't get the dryer to work. Other than that we had a great stay and I will definitely be back soon!!!

OK, place. Probably wouldn't book this exact unit again

The location of the property is great. We were made aware of the roof construction before arriving and we weren't really affected by it except for not being able to park in front of the middle tower. The condo itself was ok; the carpet was a little gross/ needs a good cleaning. The kitchen seemed to be lacking some things we've found helpful in other units; chip clips, tupperware containers, a small frying pan, coffee cups slightly larger than a doll sized tea cup. The dishwasher is a death trap! It is not installed properly and falls out, almost into your feet, when you open the door. Also, there are random holes in the drywall where things have been revived and not patched yet. There was also a huge hole in the drywall under the small window in the master that was covered with plastic. Other small things: The sliding glass doors to the balcony do not lock. The ice/water dispenser on the fridge does not work (it will make ice, thought, just not dispense). The TVs need user guide, they were not easy to operate. Lack of drawers in the front room with queen bed.
