Introducing Regency Condo 405!



Stunning beach views, an open and spacious floor plan, and super private balcony are just a few remarkable features of this amazing unit! This unit is brand new to the rental market and is perfect for your family's next beach trip! This condo has been completely updated with new tile floors, granite countertops, new cabinets, and completely updated bathrooms. There are awesome water views from every room.



The moment you walk in you'll notice the huge floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that give way to amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The cozy living room features a large flat screen smart TV and a reclining leather couch. It is connected to the open dining area with seating for 6. There is also additional bar seating for 3 leading in to the clean, modern, fully equipped kitchen. The attached, oversized laundry room features a full size washer and dryer stack unit, extra cabinet storage, and a deep freezer.



The front bedroom has two comfortable queen beds, a smart TV, views of the Santa Rosa Sound, and is attached to a full bathroom. The king suite just off the living room boasts breathtaking views of Navarre Beach and has access to the private balcony. The en suite bathroom is completely redone with a new double vanity and tiled walk in shower.



When it's time to relax, you can connect with free Wi-Fi and MediaCom TV throughout the resort. There is one designated covered parking spot that protects your vehicle rain or shine.



Regency Condo is one of the staple rental resorts in the Navarre Beach area. The complex is short walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and coffee. The famous Navarre Pier is a short stroll down the beach. With Regency's amazing location and amenities, it has quickly become one of the most sought-after places to stay in the area! There is plenty of recreation for the entire family to enjoy!



***There is ongoing Hurricane damage reconstruction occurring at the Regency Resort. The scope of the work is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2025. There will be a strict two automobile limit per stay for the duration of this project. While we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, refunds will not be provided. ***

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It was thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed and quite comfortable. The views from the balcony, living area and primary bedroom were gorgeous! The unit was fresh and clean, the furniture was comfortable and cozy. We loved the private balcony - what a great place to enjoy our morning coffee. This is our new favorite and we look forward to staying here again.

This place was great!

I really loved this condo. I stayed here when it snowed 8 inches and the area shut down. First of all, it was clean which is sooooo important to me. It is also updated and cute and the view was amazing! Beds were comfortable and showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I loved that they had coffee and beach towels and salt and pepper. The washer and dryer are super nice, too. The dishwasher wasnt cleaning correctly. (I even changed the soap and tried the longer cycle) but as soon as I mentioned it, they responded quickly and said they would get it fixed. Speaking of the response times, these guys are amazing! I changed my reservation a couple times and they were always polite and accommodating. Oh! I loved the fireplace and the fact they had soft throw blankets to cuddle up with and push button shades on beach side windows, too! The only thing I personally didnt care for is they didnt have pillow cases on all the pillows on the queen beds but it was easily remedied with a towel. Overall, I was super happy with it all. It's a beautiful place!!!

Very nice

This is a beautiful, clean, and comfortable property that has been completely renovated. The only tiny issue we had was that someone had left water in the Keurig bin, so there was some black mildew inside. The property manager was very responsive when I called, and he offered to bring out a new machine that same day. The only reason I bring up the issue is to compliment how responsive the property manager was. I would definitely stay here again.

What could have been

The place was beautiful and a beautiful location. The place was disgusting. Within minutes of walking barefoot, our feet were black. There was dust bunnies everywhere. Seems it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. The showers had MOLD growing on shower heads in both bathrooms. Took a very long time to get ahold of property manager to address. He came and wiped with a towel. They were still covered in mold and he did not come back. He locked the thermostat at 70 and the rooms kept getting up to 77 when it was 90+ out side. Had to fight with him to finally allow us to move to 68. But at night he kept changing to 75 without telling and and i would have to go in there and change it back. You have to have wrist bands to access beach. He said that’s not true and we didn’t need them. We got stopped and almost were not able to come back on property from the beach. I complained and then he stopped by and gave us the wrist bands. This could have been a great place but the management company was terrible. Luckily my sister stayed in a different unit so we could shower our 11 month old

Home Away From Home

We have stayed in Navarre Beach Regency before and this unit did not disappoint! It has all of the comforts of home- comfortable beds, a convenient kitchen, and our family always loves meals on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach! We will be back for sure! :)

This was our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely love it! It feels like home away from home. Everything is so clean! The view is absolutely gorgeous and being just steps from the beach is the best! I’m sure we will be back again in the future!

My husband, two kids, and I stayed here while visiting my in-laws. It’s the perfect place! Clean, beautiful views, space for everyone. We hosted Thanksgiving here and it was perfect ❤️

It was a great stay

The condo was very nice. Recently renovated. Probably the nicest we have stayed in. The view is awesome and we loved keeping the sliders cracked at night. It was like we were sleeping on the beach. It's on the 4th floor, but right by the elevators. It takes less than 3 minuted to be on the beach. We had a couple little issues with checkin, but the management answered questions quickly. Besides a few minutes of confusion, it all worked out well. We didn't have any beach chairs and didn't want to buy any since we were flying. They went out and bought 4 new ones for the condo. The only little setback that is not worth taking a star.. There were only 2-1/2 rolls of TP and 1 roll of paper towels for 4 people, 6 days. I'm not sure what the norm is on that, but all the other rental places we have stayed in provided those things for the entire stay. Overall it was excellent and we would do it again.

Navarre Regency Condo

The condo is beautifully renovated and furnished. It is immaculate. We have stayed at The Regency many times and this condo is by far the nicest one we’ve rented. We can’t wait to come back.
