Beach Colony West 18E

This luxury 18th floor penthouse level condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony Resort

Resort Amenities include pool, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 1 full size beds in the second ensuite bedroom. Host offers a queen size inflatable bed + bedding to accommodate everyone comfortably. Please request the inflatable bed at least 3 days in advance.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift upon arrival in the unit and two (2) parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

When you book with Navarre Beach Vacations, you get the peace of mind that comes with true ONSITE MANAGEMENT. We are the only management company located directly at this property.

-Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and helpful. The beds were a bit stiff, but otherwise a beautiful location and establishment. Quiet with great views. We will definitely return to the Beach Colony condos when we come back to Navarre.

Me and my husband booked this condo for our 1 year wedding anniversary trip. It was impeccably clean and the condo was exactly as advertised! We had a lovely stay and would definitely book this again for our next visit! When leaving, we had taken a load down to the car and were unable to get back in when we returned. This was a fluke occurrence and this was corrected via phone call within 10-15 minutes. Great response times and we had a lovely trip! Definitely recommend booking this unit!

Another Wonderful Stay

Fabulous location and awesome property. Definitely had a fantastic time celebrating my parent's 50th Anniversary there! Biggest gripe was the balcony door was sticking way more than my last stay and it would be nice to have a pullout couch. Other than that, Love this condo! We even saw the porpoises playing! Good time and great memories.

Second stay!

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. It is welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening, watching dolphins play in the surf. The grounds are easy to navigate, the pool is HUGE, and the boardwalk down to the beach is really convenient. Will be back for a third stay!

A Great Stay

Everything was nice. The unit was clean and spacious, property management responsive, and the view was outstanding. Just as a heads up for anyone staying on the sofa bed, you will need to request extra linens and pillows.

The photos do not do justice to the amazing views from the balcony. Great location and very spacious condo. The rooms and balcony seemed larger than an average condo. Easy access to beach and a short walk to the pier.

September vacay

First time we have been to Navarre Beach and absolutely loved it. The condo was really nice. It was spacious and well appointed, very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. The balcony was large and had great view of beach. The only negative about the condo is the sliding doors were very hard to open and close. They need some work. Overall, the condo was great and we will definitely stay in the same unit again next year. Extremely pleased!!

The best condo!

We had a great week in Navarre! Our condo was so nice and equipped with everything that we needed. The only issue we had was that the door locked right before 8am on the morning that we were leaving. We just had to make sure that someone stayed in the room to let the others in. The condo was very clean and one of the nicest condos that we’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back!!

Short stay

We rented this place for 5 nights. It was beautiful and clean. We didn’t have any ice maker however they were in the process of trying to get it repaired. It didn’t effect our stay in any way. The pool was beautiful and the beach access was wonderful with a hose and showers to clean yourself off from the beach. We will definitely be staying here again in the future

Great Getaway

Property was as described. The only issue we had is you can not lock the door from inside the condo. We had a very adventurous 2 year old with us. She could pull the handle and get out with no problem. We called the owner and she said you can’t lock it from inside. Very dangerous in my opinion and we would stay at this property again but with a locking door.

Great beach break family Vacay

This property and location was FANTASTIC! I could not think of a more perfect setup. The only minus, for a leisurely cigar smoker like myself, was the no smoking outside on the balcony part. I totally understand inside the residence, but outside with THAT VIEW and a bourbon, the cigar would have been the second ice cream on the icing cake! The room were so clean and well maintained. The amenities included like the washer/dryer, pool access, beach access with 2 chair and umbrella, and the full kitchen with microwave and Keurig were AMAZING! I will definitely be recommending and staying again in the future.

The property is perfect for a great vacation. There was some rain, but we were in Florida, so we waited and no rain ! The sea weed was excessive, but the ocean was beautiful as always. There was no water one night due to a main break, but was resolved in a timely manner. Received a call letting us know what had happened. Greatly appreciated !

Linda was very responsive and the condo was beautiful and clean. It’s right on the beach and a very short walk to the water. One of the best beach condos I’ve stayed in honestly.

We love Navarre. Beautiful sand/beaches and overall relaxing place.

We love this condo we’d definitely stay here again. The only thing we wish it had was a heated pool, but that’s because we went early spring for our kids spring break and it was a little chilly.

Better than we hoped for!

This condo was wonderful! Absolutely one of our favorites we’ve stayed in! It was bigger than it looked in photos. Very clean, great location, helpful staff, great pool, Beautiful view! We highly recommend and plan to stay again ourselves! Cons: these are not actual cons, I wouldn’t change my recommendation at all however, good info to have so you don’t have to purchase things unnecessarily …. Each bathroom only had two towels. And the office was hardly open (maybe a Covid thing?) so bring bathroom towels if you like to dry off after your shower. And if you tend to cook on vacation, bring spices, even the basics. Kitchen is 100% empty. We struggled with the cheap cookware, everything either burned or didn’t cook evenly. This just happen to be a trip that we planned to cook, it was harder here than previous places we’ve stayed. Overall, truly a wonderful place to stay!

great place

Loved the place but If your flying in like we did, expect no extras(no beach towels or chairs, rented them for 40 dollars a day) we had to get extra tp, laundry sopa, and dishwasher soap. This place has no extras not even salt and pepper. Pool was great and elevators were always available.

Very relaxing

We had a wonderful week at this property! The veiw was amazing! The condo had everything we needed for are stay, the kitchen was well supplied. Linda was great to help with any questions we had. Both Navarre Beach and Beach Colony Resort provided the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for! My girls loved the nice big pool.
