Saumet A9 Maupas Apartment by Luderna: Contemporary Alpine Living in Baqueira 1500

Strategically positioned in the heart of Baqueira 1500, this apartment provides instant access to the main ski lifts, allowing you to get the absolute most out of your days on the slopes. The property delivers a seamless alpine experience by featuring a private parking space within the same building and a dedicated ski locker conveniently located on the very same floor as your residence.

Completely renovated and curated in autumn 2024 by the prestigious SUENH design studio, the interior thoughtfully modernizes the charm of a traditional mountain cabin. Natural wooden walls and flooring, flooded with beautiful organic light, establish a sophisticated, warm, and cocooning atmosphere. The centerpiece of the home is its generous, open-concept living and dining area—a bright space tailor-made for high-end relaxation.

The layout is perfectly optimized for privacy, featuring two distinct en-suite bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom: the master suite boasts a double bed and a modern shower, while the second suite offers twin beds and a full bathtub. Complete with high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity throughout, Saumet A9 Maupas stands as the ultimate premium sanctuary blending refined design and ski-side convenience in the Aran Valley.
