"It was fine but they switched the location a day before I can cancel which was annoying. They did warn me. They also said construction noise but it was really the live band on top of the restaurant. They knew what they were doing. Room was nice but they should’ve been more upfront."

"Too much friendly staff, who does not really know what they are doing. Aircondition on cold - or very cold. Be aware that a "superior room" is in the basement - not superior at all."

"Lovely room - Big and very clean. Loved it after a night on the San Blas Island."

"Lovely place -super nice breakfast and very friendly staff. And a super location!"

"Fantastisk værelse. Stort, lækkert indrettet og comfortabel seng. Personalet var usædvanligt søde og hjælpsomme "

"Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel which has been renovated very respectfully. Staff in the reception were so helpful and service minded. Perfectly located in the old city. "

"Really good. The staf at the reception could be a little more friendly. The rest of the hotel staf were great. Really good music , especially when the whole band is there. "

"We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."

"Excellent location to walk around, visit local attractions and restaurants in the old city."

"Very loud Music in the pool area. Could’t relax"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable."
