"Reception staff looked after our luggage as we came on the train a couple hours before check in. Staff were nice and friendly. Stayed in 412 only issue was very squeaky floorboard as u walked in and out of the bathroom presume it would be heard in room below. "

"The staff went above and beyond when we were running late to ensure we were able to get into our room. They even deep cleaned my room before arrival to assist with my potential allergies. It really made our stay wonderful. I can most definitely recommend!

The family room was very clean and good size. Not a great view of the fire escape but it didn’t matter for one night. "We checked in to this beautiful old inn, and were greeted by owner Johnathan, we were shown to our room and told if we needed anything just ask. Being the winter the kitchen is closed Monday and Tuesday which Johnathan apologised for, we replied it’s absoulutly fine. He told us of the local Chinese just up the road and said please feel free to bring it back to our room to eat, which we did.
