They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel. "This was beyond our expectations. Location could not be more perfect. Bright and quiet although in a busy spot (excellent windows and soundproofing!).
