"Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Bimo on front desk. Property very clean and the room very comfortable."

"Staff nice but a bit confused. Gave us a smoking room but fixed it right away with upgrade and apologized. Charged us for kids beds even though I booked -and paid incl. 2 kids. Gave me a RETURN price for pick up and drop off, but at departure they said the price was only one way. Fixed an old taxe last minut free of charge. Sweet but confused"

"The hotel is located just beside a McDonald's and within walking distance of many local eateries, so finding something to eat was really easy. It's also close to the bus stop and train station, making it very convenient to travel around the city centre"

"The staff was wonderful—attentive, friendly, and deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately, the air conditioning was weak, the room felt damp, and the hallways were too dark. The hotel needs improvement, but the service was excellent."

"Bien placé pour vivre local..."

"This hotelstay was an overall dissapointment. The rooms I stayed in were somewhat aged. The staff barely speaks english and find it difficult to communicate. The WIFI-speed is appauling. I booked plaza suite to get access to executive lounge too. Nowhere was it stated that the lounge was closed. A few trinkets was instead brought to the room, but bar far not worth the added cost of an executive floor stay. Simply not good enough. The bathroom faucet was loose and the shower head couln't be...
