"This is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston.
Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning.
The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room."

However, the location of this hotel is not convenient for people who depends who depend on public transportation to move around Boston or do not want to spend too much on vacation commute. The hotel itself is perfect if you are looking for a quiet vacation, away from the city noise. Its clean, relatively new building, and if you’re lucky, get to experience the customer service of “Miss Mary” at the front desk."

It was so cold and the windows are so old that they cannot close and when raining the entire floor area around windows get flooded and the central heating is extremely noisy so cannot be used during night time… we changed rooms several times but just as bad in all rooms. It an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. Everything is beneath Motel standard…. Stay somewhere else "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a heavy smell of air freshener that was not pleasant. The breakfast was a sad affair with very limited choices. The AC in the room could not be adjusted and a heater was needed to adjust the temperature. In summary we were a bit disappointed with our stay there."
