Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. "

"So this feels more like a homestay than hotel. But the staff and hosts are very friendly. You get breakfast but for me one day I woke up late and they asked me to join for lunch instead. So that's very nice. I think location wise close to San Antonio area and price is good too. For what I paid I think I got good service and help from everybody so I liked it."

"We had an excellent stay at HYPE STATES. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We arrived late for check-in, and the kitchen at Selvah, the rooftop restaurant, had already closed, so we were not able to try the full menu. Even so, they kindly prepared a ceviche for us, and it was delicious. The cocktails were also excellent, and the servers provided outstanding service. We truly appreciated the attention and hospitality and would definitely stay here again."

"This is definitely a strange hotel. The beautiful colonial building converted in hotel is pitifully destroyed with Swiss motives and decorations. The breakfast was the worst of all our six hotel stages over our three-week vacation. The clerk attending the front desk was not very helpful. We got a room to the street which was terribly nosy. When staying in Cali you should rather find accommodation in the beautiful quarter of San Antonio nearby, where you can experience the authentic Colombia. The...

"The location was excellent, within close distance to many good restaurants. The breakfast was good, with fruit and made to order eggs. The AC was quite adequate. "

"It was a nice stay. The didn’t speak much English but we managed to communicate and the staff was super friendly. Very nice room and a fine breakfast. On the weekends, they have rooftop parties which you have to pay to attend. You could hear a bit of music, but I didn’t bother us that much. A pleasant stay :)"
