"Very nice and calm atmosphere. The Motel has been renovated in a style and color that really suits it, right down to the brown and green bath curtain. Don't expect a brand new room, but a room where old and new compliment each other in just the right way.
I would be happy to stay there again!"

"As an older property it has a noisy A/C unit which definitely kept the room cool, but alarmed our cat whenever it came on. Wonderful to find a hotel that welcomes pets and is very clean. Good location close to all amenities. "

"Our stay was great. The hotel is an older remodeled hotel, but has a great price, clean, quiet and simple. Our room had plenty of hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot (you will need to bring your own coffee) and microwave. We had stayed at the Oyo, same owner, same property previously in the month and it is just as nice. Perfect for what you need no extra frills, but we did not need it. I would recommend it, the gentleman Jose who checked us in both times was very nice and friendly. "

BUT Room 138 had a flooded bathroom and holes burned in the bedding.
Moved to 139. The room is horrible. There was no hot water at all.
Poor Debbie had to work a double because no one came to relieve her. She was so tired this morning, she fell asleep and didn't get coffee going.
This is no way to run a motel.

"Solid service, don’t be afraid to ask for them to clean under the beds and clean their vacuum before they clean your room. Manager is nice. The internet is flawless. The tvs had an issue when I stayed but I only care about internet. "

"The property is poorly maintained. Windows were left unlocked to the room I rented. The linens were soiled. The room advertised a microwave. The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment "
