"The staff was so kind and helped with bags, opened up doors and always greeted you with a smile. Every day they gave us water bottles that came in so handy while we explored. There are also mini fridges in the room to keep them cold. They also gave us dark chocolate squares with the water bottles. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the outdoor seating area. "

"Optimal location close to the Mall. Easy and cheap transfer from and to the IAD airport via the metro silver line. Lots of good eateries in the area with both Michele's and The Bakers Daughter inhouse. Nice room with comfy bed. But the best is the staff. Very friendly and serviceminded. The entire place oozes inclusion. If in Washington again, this place is high on my list."
