"The hotel has undergone upgrade changes on the entry & reception areas from when the hotel was known as the “Picadelly Hotel”
This very nice transition and much needed upgrade unfortunately have not included the rooms, which is still really “worn” and without any improvements from the old hotel. So until this happens I will be looking for other hotels in the proximity.
Staff was very friendly and morning buffet also “upgraded” from earlier - so upgrade the rooms, and I will see you again -...

"All good , well priced , good location to metro , could be more restaurants but if you look around there is always something , not a tourist area , staff is great and we are storing bags while we tour India . We will stay here again."

"Virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Fra vi ankom var der dårlig service. Vi ventede en halv time på vores frokost som bare var en pizza, og der var langt fra travlt. Til aftensmaden oplevede vi det samme igen, hvor vi bare skulle have en Cæsar salat, der på ingen måde var pengene værd. Vi kunne ikke falde i søvn for støjen fra musik og bassen ovenpå, der larmede utroligt meget. Personalet var ikke særlig hjælpsomt. Lever ikke op til vores forventninger til et femstjernet hotel.
