"We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. "Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. "I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids."

"We booked a king suite with kitchenette. Our room smelled like feces. We found 3 bugs in our room. 2 pillows had blood stains. There was no kitchenette. Actually, no cooking is allowed anywhere in the hotel. Even though the rooms offered have kitchenettes in the photos and we chose a room specifically for the kitchenette. And paid for, a room with a kitchenette. Was told there were no more rooms to offer and they were unable to return my money or discount my stay. They have a "strict policy...

"It was pet friendly which was nice. The room had a strong musty smell. The shower leaked so I had to put a towel down to muffle the sound so we could sleep. I did share with the girl at the desk."
