"It was strange that we had to enter and exit from the front door ONLY even though there were other more convenient doors. They made me pay a $40 cash deposit upon checking in. The pool and exercise room was closed."

"The hot tub was so relaxing. The staff even left it open a little later than usual for me and my wife because several children were in the pool all day. That was going above and beyond. "

"Excellent! Newly remodeled and very clean. It’s was quiet and the room was nice. Loved the bar at the top of the hotel. The only constructive criticism would be the employees at the front desk when we checked in around 4-4:30 that day. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and when we asked directions on how to get to the Amphitheater Zoo for a concert the gal said she wasn’t sure. Definitely didn’t seem interested in assisting. "

"The lobby's central air sysytem was not working and there was standing water on the floor to the gym. The pool was dirty with no chemicals. The elevator was broken.
When we got to our room it was in mild disarray. The curtain was torn down on one side. And the floor had not been vaccumed. Also, we didn't have a full set of towels and washcloths.
I would not recommend staying here."

"Stopped here because of a flash flood. We weren't expecting much because of the price but we were pleasantly surprised. Restaurant next door is GREAT!
