"The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided."

"The hotel had no parking for cars +1,8m. Area where it’s placed was not nice. We started out with fire alarm due to someone smoking in the room. After we had to take food elevator to our room which we couldn’t find due to firedoors that closed. After 2h we got the room which was nice. Person that helped us that night was super nice."

"First time in Bordeaux and staying at this beautiful hotel made it even better. Just a beautiful hotel where all the boxes ticked off; from the look of it, the service from everyone, the room and the facilities. Great gym and awesome restaurant.
The hotel might for some feel a bit away from the center of the city - but we loved it.
Would easily recommend!"
