"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not well maintained. During the night I woke to use the restroom, upon entering the bathroom I noticed the ceiling was leaking water onto the floor and had black stains like mold on the ceiling. There was a musky smell that was overwhelming. The staff did offer to came and when I told the man the ceiling is leaking, he seemed to already be aware of the issue. He said yeah, I’ll get a mop and bucket and never went into the bathroom to look...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions. Breakfast was the typical free hot breakfast but the area was clean and food was well stocked even up to the closing time. The location of the hotel was very convenient for all our planned activities."

"Such a lovely hotel on the north side of Olathe, easy to get around the area without being on top of the chaos and craziness of I-35 traffic! Our room overlooked countryside views. It was spotless. They brought fresh towels, emptied trash, and freshend the bathroom each day. What a special touch! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. "The only ackward part was the check in process. The kiosk check in was lengthy and difficult to understand the person behind the screen. Overall, interesting concept. Keys worked, did complete the check in eventually, but no personal greeting. It is a personal preference, not a deterrent to go back."
