"The breakfast was great! Room smelled musty and felt very humid but the air conditioning in the room was running and it was pouring outside. Not bad for a one night stay."

"You get what you pay for, so my bad, for going the cheap route. But I had to wipe feces off the toilet seat! The refrigerator interior was clean but the exterior was just horrible. The bed had pretty flimsy sheets on it but the 3 pillows were fine. The mattress was passable but the spring support was like sleeping on a pull sofa bed. If you stay, I would recommend the top floor as a precaution. I was on the second floor and was kept up by stomping feet on the floor above for the longest time....

"The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!"

"While recently staying at the hotel, was placed in room on 3rd floor. The hallway smelled of urine and musk. The door was sticking to the room, there was a oily feel to the floor, only 3 lights of the 5 in the room worked, and TV didnt work."

"Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks."

"I very much enjoyed my visit and time at the Glenstone place property. You can tell that it’s a Older building but as soon as you walk in the office to check in, there’s an unbelievably warmth about people that are running it and I can’t tell that they work overtime to continued to battle the property. I am a minimalist so I found it wonderful that it had exactly what you need. It was clean nothing more nothing less and if I needed anything, I would’ve felt I had to do was ask, and if it was...

"Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do."
