During the time of your stay The Hotel was experiencing issues on the part of our internet service provider. However, our front desk agents would have been pleased to assist in making in and all your arrangements. I wish you would have alerted our front desk staff, as they would have spoken to that guest in regards or have you moved to another room. We have begun some upgrades to our reception lobby, adding some greenery, local 3D art work and pictures.We hope to complete the same for our studio rooms for early 2024.It concerns me, however, that a member of staff told you that we dont offer a shuttle service, as this is not the case. We advertise this service on the channel manager site and in the welcome message you receive at the time of your booking, outlinining the details of the airport shuttle service and how to book.
