"Upon our early arrival at 09.30 our room wasn’t ready but the reception offered us another room in the meantime so we could use the pool and have something to eat. Great service "

"High enjoyable experience in Baku."

"From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were kind helpful and always available."

"Great hotel location, clean and neat hotel overall. The service though needs to have a delicate make over to reach the 5 stars. We were checked in in a wrong room, it took 1 hour for the personnel to deliver tooth brushes at 3 am (all sanitary items apparently are not in the room at the check in & front desk did not inform us), our room had no house keeping for 3 days although we reminded service desk multiple times, a la carte menu had food from the breakfats buffet, and breakfast hours were...

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The cook, Nargiz, was amazing and very hospitable. She was always checking around to make sure everything was going well and that everyone was happy. We truly loved our experience and will definitely visit this hotel again! Highly recommended."
