Comfy two bedroom in the upper floor, each with additional bunk rooms for more guests. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Office with large desk and wifi for those that need a quiet place to work while others relax. Laundry on-site available for guests use. Beautiful large outdoor space for entertaining guests or enjoying the wildlife. Have your camera ready to capture deer, bunnies, and a menagerie of birds.

The Main Area:
Live out your country-western fantasy in the bougie surroundings of this western-gothic styled living room and parlor. Play some cards or read tarot in the foyer, rock in the vintage rocking chair by the hearth, or relax in the coziest leather recliner imaginable while you binge something on Netflix. For a quieter moment, retreat to the cozy office space, perfect for reading or working at the provided desk while appreciating the vintage decor.

Upper Level:
This floor features two comfortable bedrooms, each with queen beds, and all linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom has an adjacent bunk room for additional sleeping. One is furnished with a futon, and the other is open space for sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc. The upstairs landing is a fun place to spy on those below, and the bathroom sits conveniently between the two bedrooms.

Outdoor:
Enjoy a spacious yard and porch, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while watching families of deer roam by. Plenty of space for kids to run around, or grown-ups to bird-watch or wander.

House Rules:
* NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation due to severe allergies in the family.
• PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED
• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.
• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.
• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.
• The cabinet in the upstairs storage area is locked and not accessible to guests.
• No burning or candles or incense. Candles in the lodge are antiques and part of the vintage vibe. Please do not light them.
• QUIET HOURS: 11pm-8am

• You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
• Eligible refunds may incur a 3% credit card processing fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
* All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
