THE SPACE

The chef`s kitchen has everything a group needs to pre-game dinner or a slow morning after. Four bedrooms give everyone a place to land, and three and a half baths keep the getting-ready rush civilized.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with comfort and personality in mind, featuring plush linens and modern finishes.

You are about two and a half miles from Broadway, with Germantown, Topgolf, and the riverfront close by. Roll downtown for the night and come home to the rooftop. The River District in North Nashville puts you close to downtown without the downtown price of a night`s sleep.

OTHER
This is a licensed short-term rental in a residential neighborhood. We love a celebration, but parties and events are not permitted and quiet hours apply, especially on the rooftop, out of respect for neighbors and our permit. Maximum occupancy is enforced.

DOGS:
Furry guests are part of the family, and we`re glad to host up to two grown, house-trained dogs during your stay. When your dog is left in the home alone, we ask that it be crated, so please pack a crate for the trip. All dogs need to be run by us and approved ahead of time, within 24 hours of booking, and added to your reservation. A single flat pet fee of $100 covers one or two dogs. Puppies under a year old, cats, and other animals can`t be accommodated. Please clean up after your dog both inside and out, and keep in mind that we inspect the home at check-out, so any pet-related damage will be the guest`s responsibility.

CHILDREN DISCLOSURE:
Families with kids are always welcome here! That said, we want to be upfront about one thing: the home has not been childproofed. Between the four floors connected by plenty of stairs, the rooftop deck with its hot tub, the high ledge, and the additional balcony, there are features that call for extra care with little ones. So that every guest, especially the youngest, has a safe and happy stay, we ask that children be kept under adult supervision at all times.
