Our building, Spence Manor, originally opened as a hotel for Elvis to stay in during his recording sessions. Walking distance to restaurants, bars & shopping. After exploring all that Nashville has to offer, retreat to this quiet, relaxing condo! We’re located less than 20-minutes from the airport, less than a mile from Vanderbilt, a mile from Belmont, and just minutes from some of Nashville’s most renowned music venues & attractions. The home is fully equipped with all of the essentials, from towels to cooking supplies and anything else you might need during your stay. We hope to host you for your next visit to Music City!

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

NO Smoking of any kind

NO flushing anything down the toilets except for toilet paper

$100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.

Very clean and well appointed condo. It is convenient to downtown, midtown, music row, green hills and Hillsboro village. We had a great stay.

The condo and property are tired and need updating. The pool area is pathetic. The condo is not close enough to the Nashville activity. The owner was spectacular with communication. The building was noisy at night while trying to sleep. Our group made it work but we felt it was very basic for the cost and felt like an icky hotel. We would not return. You can’t leave up photos that don’t reflect the aging property and condo. The bathroom shower needs a rehab. The tub had a curtain with no shower head. Toilet runs and flushes slowly. The pool chairs are downright painful. You cannot walk one step on the pool deck as concrete is crumbling. The building exterior is ugly and that is what you look at. Pool floats were all deflated and in the pool. Garbage area smells!!!! It might have once been a good place but a rehab is warranted now.

clean, safe, modern, great location

my friends and i stayed here while being in nashville for a concert. condo is very modern, clean and nicely decorated. i felt like i was in a safe area. the parking garage was full, so i parked across the street in front of recording studio building and nothing happened to my car. located within walking distance from several restaurants. host had great communication and made everything easy for us.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Great!

This was a perfect fit for our small bachelorette celebration. With 3 girls and 1 guy best friend, the double bed/single room worked perfect for us girls and the couch worked great for the gentleman. Great location to everything you’d want to see that comes with Nashville. Would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Getaway

My friends and I stayed at this place for a girls weekend. Even though it was only a 1 bedroom we felt like there was plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. Overall a great place, close to Broadway, and was very clean. I just with there was more things like trash bags, paper towels and a broom to help us clean up during our stay.

Awesome Condo!

I am so happy we found this condo at the last minute! We were here for a concert and needed some place close and not horribly expensive to stay. This was perfect! It was easy to find and close to where we wanted to go. The condo was very clean - absolutely nothing to complain about!! Genevieve was wonderful to work with! She reached out a couple of times just to make sure everything was great - it was! She texted us when the condo was ready. The check-in and check-out procedures were communicated - we knew exactly what we needed to do. We would definitely like to stay here again if we're ever in Nashville again!! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!!

Perfect Location

We came to Nashville for Spring break from Michigan and had the best time. The location was perfection. Close to downtown but not right in town. We rented ebikes (that were docked less than a block away) for our stay and left my car parked at Vrbo to avoid high parking down town. The pool is cool, eventhough it was too cold to use. (Too cold for early April). Very close to all the recording studios of all the big Country artists. A quick bike ride or walk around the block, just so much to see! It was clean, and updated with plenty of room for our group. Will definitely use again next time in Nashville! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Property

Nice things first- the beds are comfortable and it’s a great area for women to get ready. There are a lot of mirrors and good lighting. Downfalls-the host doesn’t communicate through vrbo and has zero cancellation/change policy. Could also use more blankets and the outside including the pool area is an absolute mess.

One night in Nash

We stopped in nashville for just one night on our way to a family lake vacation. Property was great, clean, and that pool!!!! We walked to Broadway, and it was July 4 - so extra hot! Very doable walk- but if I was out drinking with friends (instead of hanging with the kiddos), I would recommend an Uber for the way back. Also passed some super cute bars/restaurants with outdoor dining just a block or two down from the condo. Neighborhood had a fun vibe.

The property was excellent… beautiful location. Very close to Broadway/ Music Row. The property was furnished beautifully. I had the best nights sleep I have had in a very long time!! The beds/mattresses are excellent quality! I do wish the pool was open as it was 80 degrees a few days in a row. I will be renting from this property again!

Great stay for the Nashville experience…..

Historical building in Music Row, you can’t go wrong. Perfect size for the price, clean, organized, beautiful design aesthetic. The best part is it is far enough away from Broadway to be relaxing but close enough to the party of downtown in under five by car. This place is great for families, girls getaways. The guitar shaped pool was a cool bonus. This property will sleep six comfortably, plus there was an air mattress. The bathroom set up was great as well, double sink area separate from the shower/tub room and the water closet. The only con of the property is the water pressure is low, but it is an older building with many units, that is to be expected. I will say the host did say it is an issue that the HOA is trying to get addressed. However for all the other pluses it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. We will be staying here again.
