The Space:
A beautiful brick exterior gives you a warm invitation to the home as soon as you arrive. Follow the paved walkway to your private entry that features a lovely chandelier and covered breezeway.
Once up the stairs, you’ll enter the one-floor apartment that is tastefully designed with hardwood floors and tons of windows allowing beams of natural light.
The living room has a smart TV for guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full suite of modern, stainless steel appliances and extra kitchenware for your convenience including; a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. A separate dining space is complete with a chandelier and circle table seating up to 5 guests. Or, bring your morning brew or meal outside on the large upper deck.
The home has the ability to sleep 5 guests comfortably between 2 bedrooms, a Twin Bed (stored in the closet next to the washer and dryer) linens are on the shelf directly above it. and the sofa sleeper. The bedrooms are stunning with their own themes of decor and linens.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 15-minutes from the heart of Downtown Nashville. Attractions such as Music Row, The Belmont Mansion, and Fairgrounds Speedway can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Guests can easily walk to Lipscomb and be first in line to take a picture at the “I Believe In Nashville” Mural, just 1.2 miles away. The Bluebird Cafe, a cozy and iconic music club is just 1.6 miles away or a 5-minute drive. If you’d like to get some shopping done, The Mall at Green Hills is also 5 minutes by car.
Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.
