"出張のため、12泊しました。セキュリティも良く、安心して過ごせました。スタッフも多く、いつも掃除を心がけ、キレイです。週末は、中央にプールがあり、家族連れも多いことから、音楽と話し声でかなり騒々しいです"

We called to confirm on the afternoon of our reservation and were advised that they had no space available and that they had notified us by email on Saturday.
