The brand new villa is just 250m from the rocky coast, in the stretch where there is a comfortable equipped beach. The sandy beach is about 250m away, an inlet called \"Li Scianuli\" next to the Saracen watchtower.

The area is truly enchanting, in fact you will have the lively Porto Cesareo to the north where you can walk along the large seafront or visit the numerous bars and restaurants, and the Bay of Sant\'Isidoro to the south, where you can taste excellent seafood. You will also be close to Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto, Torre Colimena, Porto Selvaggio, Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno and Gallipoli, a myriad of beautiful places.

The inland also deserves to be experienced, Leverano with its delicious local specialities, Copertino and its large castle, and Nardò and its extensive historic center.
