Staying in our villa you will be enveloped in the Moorish style of the structure surrounded by large outdoor spaces just less than 250 meters from the beautiful beaches of Porto Cesareo, enchanting Ionian beach named 5 sails 2023.

The villa has exteriors equipped with table and chairs, a livable living room with dining room and TV area; kitchen area with kitchenette equipped with oven, 2 triple bedrooms with double bed and single bed, 1 double bedroom and two extra beds, in two rooms there are air conditioners while in the remaining rooms there is ventilation system.

The garden is equipped with table, chairs, and bench for lunch and dinner outside, there are two bathrooms both with shower of which one is indoor and one is outdoor for after the beach, also the house enjoys private terrace with sea view!

The villa is about 250 meters from the enchanting beach straddling Porto Cesareo and Torre Squillace where guests will be greeted by fine sand and pristine sea.
