Casa Artù is a three-room vacation home with garden located a few steps from the sea in Torre Inserraglio, marina of Nardò, inside a residence.
The three-room apartment has an equipped garden on the ground floor, with outdoor shower and barbecue, and the apartment on the second floor, equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, microwave, electric oven, etc.
Casa Artù offers up to 6 beds. Pets allowed.

Located within a stately residence on the Ionian coast, Casa Artù is an autonomous and independent vacation cottage with private access and an exclusive garden.
The partly paved garden is furnished with table, chairs and gazebo for outdoor dining, as well as outdoor shower and barbecue.
The house is developed on the upper floor. In the large living room with open kitchenette there is 1 double pull-out bed.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and completed by 1 shower room.
The house is cozy and airy, furnished in a simple and refined way.
The surroundings of Casa Artù on the sea of Nardò
Casa Artù is one of the terraced houses with separate entrance, which form the tourist complex of Torre Inserraglio, located along the charming coastal road that connects Portoselvaggio to Porto Cesareo, on the sea of Nardò.
The sea is only 800 meters from the cottage.
About 4 km away is the entrance to the Portoselvaggio Natural Park. Nardò, reachable by car in a few minutes, offers all the main services, as well as a special historic center to be discovered, among the most beautiful in Salento.
Also just 20 km away is the splendid city of Gallipoli, with its lively nightlife, shopping streets, famous Baia Verde beaches, and historic center and castle nestled on a small island connected to the city by an ancient 17th-century bridge.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
