Villino Kumare is a lovely 4-bed vacation cottage just a 5-minute drive from the beaches of Torre Lapillo. The vacation home is located in Boncore and is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, barbecue, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board. In the large garden there is a parking space.

The entrance to Villino Kumare is into the eat-in kitchen with open kitchenette, dining room and TV. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedroom. Completing the interior is 1 shower room.

Villino Kumare is located in the green countryside of Santa Chiara di Nardò, a locality of the village Boncore located just 3 km from the center of Torre Lapillo, and about 6 km from Porto Cesareo.
Torre Lapillo is among the most popular destinations for seaside vacations in Salento. Lying on the Ionian Sea, it is famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. In the center there are all the main commercial and tourist services.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
