Villino Agnese is a holiday home that is only 1 kilometer away from the beaches of Torre Lapillo, near Porto Cesareo. The house is on the first floor of a recently-built complex, in the small village of Boncore. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, iron and ironing board, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv. Parking area in the property. Villino Agnese accommodates up to 5 guests. Pets are not allowed.

Villino Agnese is introduced by a furnished outdoor area with table and chairs. Villino Agnese in Torre Lapillo opens into a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning and tv, a spacious dining area with well-equipped kitchen, electric oven and fridge.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the terrace at the back there is the washing machine and sink.

Agnese is in Boncore, a seaside location near Nardò and Torre Lapillo,
part of Porto Cesareo. The closest beaches are 1 kilometer away form the
holiday home. The area is well known for their long sandy beaches with
dunes and crystal clear sea, the most beautiful area of Salento.
In
the area there are a cafè with newsstand, supermarket and many amenities
within walking distance form the house. The holiday home is in the
ideal position, near the sea and far from the chaos. Moreover, it`s a
short drive away from other famous seaside locations such as Punta
Prosciutto and the nature park of Porto Selvaggio.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
