Villetta Annamaria is in the area of Cenate, a residential area between Nardò and Santa Caterina. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests on holiday in Salento, by the sea and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, furnished garden, barbecue, electric oven, washing machine, hair-dryer and tv. Small pets are allowed.

The holiday home is on the first floor of a semi-detatched house and it`s reachable by the stairs from the garden. Villetta Annamaria is surrounded by a big furnished terrace with benches and table, beach umbrella and portable barbecue.
The apartment consists of a living room with dining area, 1 sofa bed for 2 guests, air conditioning and tv, a well-equipped kitchenette and the 3-bedroom sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a twin bedorom with bunk beds. Moreover, there are two bathrooms with shower, one of which with washing machine.

Santa Caterina and Portoselvaggio. It`s close to many amenities such as
supermarket and tobacco shop, newsstand anche church. The closest
seaside location is Santa Caterina, 2 kilometers away. The seaside
locations of Santa Caterina and Santa Maria al Bagno, with their small
sandy beaches and beach establishments, are a short drive away. Nardò,
with its beautiful old town centre, is less than 5 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 37 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor.
- The home is located on the first floor and can be reached by an external stairs from the garden.
