Located on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, in a residence with a collective swimming pool, this cosy house is ideal for holidays. The spacious veranda is equipped with a large dining table, a buffet, an armchair and a TV (French and German channels).
The kitchen area overlooking the veranda is comfortably furnished (a bar with 2 high stools, a ceramic hob with 4 burners and extractor hood, a classic and a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an electric mixer).
The shower room is on the ground floor and has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin, with a towel rail. A first bedroom is on the ground floor (with a double bed 140x190).
On the first floor there is a closed mezzanine with a bed (140x190), a chest of drawers, a TV (French and German channels), then in a row a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and access to a terrace with a table for 6.

At the entrance of the house there is a small fenced area for parking bikes for example.

Located in a residential area on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, the Villas sur la Colline are next to the Massif de la Clape (classified natural site) and offer a breathtaking view of the vegetation of our region. Each villa has access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL during the summer (mid-June/mid-September).
The beach and the town centre can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Secluded on your hill, you are close to everything, while being quiet. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located to join the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape directly from your home.
