Apartment on two levels inside a quiet building, in the heart of Naples. Perfect for a vacation in Naples or for a medium term accommodation.
Perfect location to explore the city: from here you can reach the seafront and all points of interest in the historic center and the famous pizzerias within walking distance, as well as supermarkets, convenience stores, ATMs, typical stores and pharmacies. The port and (embarkations for Capri, Ischia, Procida, Sorrento) is a stone's throw away.
The space
Guests have access to the whole apartment.
A bedroom and a bathroom are on the mezzanine overlooking the living area and the beautiful kitchen complete with everything. There is also another bedroom with another bathroom (without shower).

BEDROOMS
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
On the mezzanine there is the first sleeping area with a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).
Also in the room: mirror, coffee table, closet, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.
The second bedroom has a sofa bed with two single beds (one pull-out) and private bathroom.

BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is accessed from the bedroom on the mezzanine.
The second bathroom (without shower) is in the other bedroom.
We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, rugs and towels.
Bath products are: shampoo and body soap.

LAUNDRY
There is a laundry room with washing machine available for guests.

CLEANING
We clean the apartment before check-in, paying particular attention to sanitizing with appropriate products!

INTERNET
Fast and free Wifi.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter.
In any case there is NO air conditioning but we can provide a fan.
There is also a thermostat to regulate the heating. Therefore, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.

CHILDREN and OLD PEOPLE
Children and the elderly are welcome!
The apartment has two floors, so you must consider the presence of internal stairs.

FLOOR
There is an elevator, so you won't have to walk up the stairs!

CHECK-IN
Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to Italian security law.

NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise as it faces a busy street.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The building is very secure.

A: No, but the air handler is new and works a lot. City Tax: € 5,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights
