We’re pet-friendly, but to help keep the home fresh, we allow up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs each, house-trained only, no puppies under 1 year) with prior approval and a $150 pet fee.

To enhance security, this property is equipped with 2 exterior surveillance cameras with views of the front entry and driveway which record video and audio without invading your privacy indoors.

Pool Heating Info:
Our pool is equipped with a solar heater for mild warming. For guaranteed warm swimming temperatures during colder months (recommended November - April), the electric pool heater is available for an additional $30 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay. When the electric heater is not activated, the pool temperature reflects outdoor weather conditions. To ensure it is heated upon your arrival, please notify us at least 3 days before your check-in date.
