We welcome you to our piece of paradise! Perfect rental for a family getaway or luxurious week away the girls. Please contact me with any questions or custom inquiries!

This is a clean, beachy, bright, and comfortable 2 bedroom and 2 full-bath condo. We are located in the Sea Winds Complex, directly on the beach, with an unobstructed and private ocean view from the 8th floor. The unit is completely updated with brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, smart TV's in every room, upgraded mattresses, new flooring and upscale furnishings throughout. Completely stocked with vacation and beach essentials. Enjoy watch the dolphins play while drinking your morning cup of coffee or toast the spectacular Marco Island sunsets from the comfort and privacy of the large lanai. Both the living room and the master bedroom open to the lanai. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis on site, in walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. High end cleaning service to ensure top-to-bottom cleanliness.

2 Bedrooms (Queen/2 Twins), 2 Full Baths, 1000 Sq Ft, Sleeps 6

Outdoor Living: Large balcony with 2 loungers and dining area; Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cart, cooler, and ocean/beach toys available for guest enjoyment.

Kitchen Amenities: Stainless steel appliances, with full size oven, range, and microwave.
Fully stocked NEW kitchen items for your stay (good quality pots/pans, knives, utensils, etc), Keurig coffee maker, blender, drip coffee maker, mixer, etc. Roll of paper towels and soap.

Laundry Room: FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER in the unit. We also have detergent and dryer sheets too, which most of the time you can help yourself to. This is not a guarantee, as sometimes people don't replenish.

Bathrooms each have a hairdryer, soaps, and a roll of toilet paper to get you started for your stay.

The condo is also located away from potential elevator noise from people coming and going.

The south end of the island just can't be beat! Enjoy walking on the beach, to great local restaurants, a movie theatre, local shops, 7-11 convenience store & miniature golf. Right next door, you can also wind down the day and enjoy beachfront sunsets at the very popular The Sunset Grille.

Sea Winds guests are required to pay a parking fee of $50 for an annual parking permit.

The condo is so nice and cozy with excellent views. The beds are comfortable and it has good shower pressure in the unit. The only issues we had was the hot water heater wasn’t working for more than five minutes and the master bathroom tub wasn’t draining but I know they will fix those before the next guest. I recommend this condo!!

Sea Winds 8th Floor Beachfront Condo Rental

Our week’s stay was great. This condo is ideally located on the eighth floor providing a fantastic view of the ocean from the living area and the master bedroom. Take the elevator (or stairs) to the first floor, walk maybe 100 yards and you are on the beach. Great shelling and wonderful ocean scenery. While well used, the condo had everything we needed we needed. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, streaming TVs, and plenty of extras like beach equipment, washer & dryer, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, etc. If we ever return to Marco Island, we hope to stay in this condo.

Loved this condo, owner thought of just about everything. Only thing I'd add is a full length mirror, and that's a suggestion from a daughter!Divided our time between pool and beach depending on the wind, weather was perfect, hope to return again. The location of several good restaurants is definitely an added plus

Marco Island Beach Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! My mom and I stayed here and had family members nearby who were also visiting Marco Island at the same time. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in such a great location. We opted to rent bikes instead of a rental car during our stay which I would highly recommend. The beach and property in general were also very well maintained, clean, and staff were very friendly. The sunset every evening was breathtaking from the balcony! The condo was very well equipped with all of the supplies that you could need both for every day use and while enjoying the beach/pool areas. (The only thing that we couldn't find was a pizza pan otherwise it was stocked with everything) We will absolutely stay at the condo again when visiting Marco Island! Thank you for all of the amazing memories that we were able to make and enjoy!

Perfect beach location

Perfect location for a peaceful beach vacation. Perfect location for breathtaking sunsets. Pool area is a great place to relax and the beach is just a few steps away. Condo was very clean and had all we needed for the week. Marie was the perfect host and was very attentive as hurricane Helene was moving past in the gulf. Looking forward to returning next year to explore more of Marco Island.

STUNNING SUNSET VIEWS!!!

The Sea Winds condo building is at the quiet south end of Collier Blvd. We liked that location a lot. The building is nice, but there were some issues with the elevators working properly. The condo itself is quite lovely and worked well for my husband and me. We could have stayed forever, simply soaking in the absolutely gorgeous sunsets! Sea Winds sits very close to the water's edge, so we could hear the waves crashing to shore each night as we nodded off to sleep! Heavenly! The kitchen was well equipped, and the full size washer and dryer were wonderful! Beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated to a pleasing temperature, and the outdoor hot tub was a huge bonus on chilly nights! We thoroughly enjoyed long beach walks each day on the spectacular beach, and running next door to the Sunset Grille for a bowl of their awesome seafood chowder was amazing! Suggestions to improve the unit would be to install the newer, taller height toilets. The exceptionally low ones in the unit were challenging for us folks in our 60's, and we're in decent shape! Also, the couch in the living area was in need of a good cleaning, and wasn't particularly comfortable for sitting. We weren't in the unit much, so not a huge issue. Taller chairs out on the balcony so one can see over the railing for unobstructed ocean views would be wonderful! Bar height would be too tall...there are more of a counter height version, and those would be perfect! Overall, a pleasant stay! We would return!

Accommodations were as expected. Just like the pictures. Nice area but not much in walking distance. Just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Accommodations were very nice and the beach was fabulous! I would recommend the VRBO.

Marco Island Seaview Condo

The location of this condo was on the beach and really nice. We couldn't ask for a better view since the beach was right in front of our balcony. The sunsets were superb. It was a very nice stay.

Location! Location!

This is an amazing property in Marco Island. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the balcony. Restaurants are walking distance. Publix and public parks are just a short drive away. There are plenty of beach and pool items for adults and kids. Best thing is that you are just a short elevator ride to the beach and pool. Highly recommend this property!!

This unit was great! The oceanfront view is spectacular from the 8th floor. Plenty of amenities even though most of your time will be spent on the beach and around the island. The owner was very friendly and communicative! They went out of their way to assure our stay went well. Highly recommend!
