The home accommodates up to 16 registered guests. Groups using the maximum capacity will use some sofa beds, the twin trundle or bunk beds. Please review the sleeping layout before booking so your group can plan room assignments appropriately.

Designated on-site parking is available for approximately five standard passenger vehicles:

Front gravel driveway: approximately 2 vehicles
Rear parking pad: approximately 3 vehicles

One additional vehicle may be able to use street parking, subject to posted and seasonal restrictions.

Additional yard parking is not guaranteed and requires advance approval because availability depends on weather and ground conditions. Please contact us before arrival if your group plans to bring more than five vehicles.

The home has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Larger groups should consider the bathroom count when deciding whether the layout meets their needs.

One bedroom is located on the main floor, but the property is not represented as fully accessible.

This is a walkable village home rather than a secluded cabin. Guests receive convenient access to Naples attractions and should expect the normal activity associated with a village setting.

Wedding guests and wedding-party accommodations are welcome, but the home may not be used as an event venue. Weddings, receptions, parties and gatherings exceeding the registered guest count are not permitted.

Only registered guests may stay at or use the property unless additional visitors have been approved in advance.

Exterior security cameras monitor designated entry and parking areas only. There are no indoor cameras.
