An outdoor gas grill is available and a beautiful firepit to enjoy in the evenings in this very quiet location.

A beach umbrella, beach chairs, towels and coolers are available for you to use.
The laundry room has everything you will need.

Two bikes are available and a garage refrigerator for extra beverages.

There is a community pool, a large workout center and a beautiful clubhouse.

This location is conveniently located to many restaurants shopping and beach actives.

Vanderbilt Beach, located on Vanderbilt Beach Road is the closest beach with a large parking garage.
Other beaches are also available within minutes.

Florida Sales tax and Collier County taxes will be ADDED to the rental price. No cleaning fee.

We will provide a detailed rental contract and a breakdown of costs for you and provide all information regarding the wi-fi, gate codes garage door codes etc. This will be done, when we have completed your reservation.

A Security Deposit is required within 30 days of the reservation date.
A detailed confirmation of this will be available to you, when we begin to correspond via email.

The 4th bedroom will not be available as it will be the owner's area for personal items.
Access to the 2 car garage is available but as the owner's vehicle is there year-round.
No pets are permitted. No smoking inside or outside this rental property. The HOA does not permit smoking on their property .

This is our first time renting this property, so we do not have any reviews to share.
We have been using VRBO since 2011 and have rented two condo with great reviews
We have sold the condos.
