The property was very clean, the host provided incredibly detailed information and was super responsive. We would 100% stay here again. Very conviently located for walking to Snook Inn and Boardroom Tavern and the Dolphin Tiki, and a nice marina and bait and tackle shop (with a bar) right on the property.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Marco Island condo. The overall location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful retreat. Inside, the condo was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need on site for a comfortable vacation. The highlights of our trip were the stunning water views. We were thrilled to see dolphins swimming by right from the back patio multiple times! Additionally, the host was fantastic, providing consistent communication and making the entire check-in and stay process completely seamless. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to come back!

The room was spotless, very clean and had every ammenity we could ask for from beach chairs to games to wash machine, household items, etc. Very comfortable bed and loved the balcony seating area. Very quiet too. Our only complaint would be that the temperature of the shower ( not hot enough). Very nice place!

Quiet respite on Marco Island

Grab this place! It’s an excellent location & close to everything (walking distance to the island’s best outdoor bar & restaurant with live music). The view from the balcony is stellar and the complex is quiet. Our host was super responsive throughout our stay. The condo itself was well stocked with all that we needed and tastefully furnished.

Lovely and Comfortable Condo

The condo was great and the owner could not have been a better communicator. The only minor issue was parking. It was difficult to get a space the day we arrived. The following days were better. We do recommend staying here.

Overall the property was in good condition with the exception of a couple of maintenance items. The value however was not quite there especially having to pitch in on some housekeeping items (stripping the beds, taking out the trash, cleaning used kitchen items, taking any remaining items from frig.) These items should have been covered under the per night rental costs. Not sure if we would return. The surrounding property grounds need some work as well.
