This upscale, designer home features 2 primary suites, each with king size beds, en suite baths, wide screen TV’s, blackout curtains, desks with USB ports, and access to either a patio or wraparound deck. The newly renovated third bedroom features two extra long full sized beds, en suite bathroom with tub/shower and widescreen Smart TV. The fully stocked chef's kitchen is equipped with built-in Thermador appliances, including a wine refrigerator. The living room, with a vaulted ceiling, is chic and gracious with comfortable seating for 7, 70” wide screen TV, Sonos Arc, and fireplace. The dining room table seats eight, and at night, becomes the center of activity for the wonderful dinner you prepared or to play the many board games provided.

Silverado Sunset has an assigned carport spot just outside the front door. Plenty of free adjacent parking is available. Our single level home has two ways to enter, either by descending two stairs or via the easy walking, gently sloped path in front of the unit. Only one 3.5" threshold step is necessary at Silverado Sunset. A very accessible home for everyone.

Silverado Sunset offers a wide range of activities. Start your day with a choice of beverage from the espresso, Keurig or drip coffee machine. Sit back and enjoy the hot air balloons rising in the distance. On site, you can swim (seasonal), play tennis or pickle ball. We have tennis rackets and pickleball paddles & balls for 4 available year round. We also provide swimming float tubes for 6. Our neighborhood has a 4 mile walking/biking loop. Other activities may include visiting nearby downtown Napa with its world class restaurants, Oxbow market, Riverwalk strolling in the park, renting bicycles, kayaking, gondola ride, balloon ride, paddle boarding, shopping in the many unique boutiques, and historic Wine Train.
