Come and stay in this cosy Cocoon Nantais located on the first floor of an old co-ownership. It has the advantage of being quiet as the whole flat overlooks an inner courtyard. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you will have access to numerous shops, boutiques and delicious restaurants.

Cocoonr Agency
The flat "La Baronne" is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
We also provide a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Neighbourhood and transport
When you stay in this charming accommodation, you benefit from a privileged location: a pedestrian area nearby for your pleasure. You will be able to stroll and discover the numerous shops of the Crébillon street or observe the majestic Opera of the Graslin square. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cours Cambronne which are both 5 minutes away. For walkers, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne is no more than 15 minutes away.
Ideally located, you can enjoy the city centre of Nantes. However, if you prefer public transport, the "Médiathèque" tramway stop is about 2 minutes away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos"!

For the airport, a shuttle bus is available from "Commerce" (5 min from the flat). You will be at the airport in 20 minutes.

Many shops are nearby, as well as excellent restaurants and bars in a very popular area!
