"Family trip to Subic. As we wanted something close to Manila we choose White Rock because of the waterpark. Beach is not at "White beach" and very small, but the waterpark in the resort is great. Pools for all ages. Resort is very clean, and staff super polite and friendly. Many activities, including gym, island hopping, zip-line, waterslides etc. Resort restaurant offer a great variety of local and international dishes of good quality. The pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm which is the way the Filipinos like it. The food in the cafe was delicious. I especially recommend the tomato soup. "Beautiful scenic location high in mountain next to the forests. Listening to the insects especially at night is amazing, something you don’t experience living in the city. The restaurant serves excellent food and the staff here is welcoming and friendly. A visit to Tala River right below the hotels entrance is a must. The river is calm and soothing and the water is crystal clear. You are surrounded by a forest with no noise except from nature."
