Modern 1 Bed Suite Close to Town & Westwood Lake

Enjoy a comfortable stay at a centrally located suite in a quiet neighbourhood. Take advantage of close access to hikes, swimming, & downtown. Only a 10 min drive to Hospital, Mount Benson, Ammonite Falls, Westwood lake, downtown, BC Ferry, & Inland highway.

The suite includes a cozy king size bed, extra double size foldout futon, full sized bathroom with tub, kitchenette, & backyard access. This space although separate is shared with a family upstairs. Ideal for families & those with pets.

The open concept suite is accessed through a sliding lockable patio door. Once you enter there is a King size bed with a large closet for storing your personal belongings, and suitcases. The space is bright with windows looking out into the garden. There is a patio at the back with privacy walls, 2 chairs and a side table for your use. The backyard is shared along with BBQ that can be used.

There is a kitchenette with a Nespresso Coffee Maker, Microwave, Kettle and Mini fridge. Plates, cutlery, mugs, sugar, and coffee are all provided for your use.

There is a living area with a foldout futon perfect for 2 additional guests and kids.

The separate bathroom is spacious with a full size tub, vanity and toilet.

Guest access:

You will have access to your suite which is private and separate. The suite is accessed through its own entrance which is located at the back. The backyard is shared.

Other things to note:

Please note there are stairs going to the entrance and this would not be ideal for someone in a wheelchair. We are a family of 3 upstairs and there maybe noise between 4pm-8pm during the week.
