Light-filled and peaceful, this secluded beach house is surrounded by trees with the sound of waves and birds as your backdrop. A dog-friendly beach and gentle creek sit directly across the road, perfect for families, couples, friends, and approved dogs.

Sleeping up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children, the home features a fully fenced yard, an undercover patio, and a cosy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings. Quiet, private, and ideal for a relaxing coastal escape.

Are you in need of a beach holiday in a pristine location, less than a 2 min walk to the beach? Welcome to your perfect beach house vacation home, full of natural light and big windows everywhere.

This spacious home features three very large bedrooms, offering plenty of room for families or groups. The master suite, tucked away at the back of the house for extra privacy, includes a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom—perfect for kids—offers a double bed plus a bunk bed.

Guests can enjoy a generous Jack-and-Jill main bathroom, as well as the master ensuite. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are bright and open-plan, creating a relaxed space to cook, eat, and unwind together. Smoke alarms are installed throughout the property for added peace of mind.

Just a 2-minute stroll down the road brings you to the entrance of Swimming Creek Beach, a dog-friendly, off-leash stretch of sand. If you’re lucky, you may spot pods of dolphins cruising along the shoreline.

The Main Beach Surf Life Saving Club is a pleasant 5-minute walk along the beach and is open to the public. Main Beach is patrolled during school holidays in spring and throughout summer. For those feeling active, you can walk or jog all the way to Deep Creek at Valla Beach — approximately a 45-minute brisk walk each way.

Shops, cafés, the RSL, restaurants, and the iconic V-Wall are just a 5-minute drive away, with the town centre around a 20-minute walk.

Please note:
• The TV is a Google TV and works via Wi-Fi for streaming services; there are no free-to-air channels.
• During the summer peak season (Christmas school holidays), bookings are weekly only.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
• The driveway accommodates 2–3 cars and a boat (not undercover; garages are not available).
• Mobile phone reception may be limited for some carriers; however, Wi-Fi calling works well when connected.
House Guidelines

We hope you have a wonderful stay and enjoy everything our beautiful coastal home has to offer.
To help us keep the property in great condition for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
● Respect our peaceful neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum and moving indoors after 10pm.
● No parties, events or Schoolies bookings.
● Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the house (no sand inside).
● Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balcony.
● Please avoid eating on furniture or in bedrooms.
● Leave furniture in its original position.

PET RULES

- We accept 2 dogs under 20 kg, non-shedding and fully house-trained (we have carpet and the owner has allergies).
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please.
- We recommend that guests bring their own pet bed.
- Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
- The house is fully fenced, however please just keep an eye on small dogs. There is a very small gap under one side of the fence that they are very unlikely to be able to get under but if they are diggers, they could have a chance.
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended.
