This 60 m² apartment features a living area with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress, a sleeping alcove (130 cm wide), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, plus a bathroom—accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, and a safe. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Washing machine and dryer are available for an extra charge.



In the shared outdoor area, you’ll find a well-kept garden perfect for relaxing. Refresh yourselves in the swimming pool with pond area, children’s section, and Kneipp zone (no added chlorine), or enjoy mountain views from the spacious wooden terrace on a comfortable lounger.



The Etschtal/Valle dell’Adige region offers many hiking areas, and the Meran 2000 ski resort is just 18 minutes (18 km) away by car. Several restaurants, a bar, and a café are within walking distance. The nearest supermarket and bakery are just 28 m away. Bolzano/Bozen can be reached by car in 18 minutes (17 km).



A covered parking space is available on the property free of charge. There is a charging station. Pets are allowed on request. With the MobilCard, you can use all public transport such as trains, buses, and 5 cable cars free of charge.



The pool is open seasonally from late April to early October.
