A beautiful CLEAN cozy PRIVATE double BEDROOM in WESTLANDS. 5 minutes away from the main shopping center, 10 min to Nairobi CBD, managed by super hosts, ideal for INDEPENDENT travelers or couples who want comfort. Located in Westlands close to Waiyaki Way, in a SAFE residential area, SELF-CHECK IN (late check-in OK), fast WIFI, comfortable mattress, private clean bathroom. SHARED well equipped kitchen, living room, west facing(sunset) enclosed patio, in unit washer & dryer , close to everything!
The space
We would be glad to host you in our fantastic self-service apartment in your very own clean private room. We are very friendly hosts and keep our space clean and in perfect condition, with collections of pieces that we have picked up on our travels in different countries.
Our top floor apartment is conveniently accessible with an elevator and has gorgeous views of the Westland's skyline and trees. We even have a backup generator to deal with power outages normally experienced in Nairobi!
Located in a central location our apartment is very uber friendly, easy walking distance to the main road if public transport is your preference.
Guest access
Your private bedroom and detached bathroom is for your sole use. Shared spaces include the living room, dining room, balcony, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine plus dryer are shared.

We do love socializing with our guests, and also respect personal space.

Other things to note
We offer the accommodation only- not bed and breakfast (available in the kitchen is coffee, tea, water).

It is very important to us to know if you are travelling alone or as a couple, as we do not allow non-registered overnight stays, so please do the registration accordingly! Thank you! Do let us know if you will be having guests visit you!
Also please note the check in (after 12:00 noon) and check out (at 10:00 am). To provide a good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be very flexible with check in/out times, but we try to do our best to help our guests.
WE DO NOT OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE, as we do not have space for such service, and for security reasons, we cannot have people coming and going after their check out times.

LATE CHECK IN is ok with advance notice - but you must be not noisy- as we live here too!
After 12 at midnight you can check in only when you use our private driver services- this is for your and our comfort- to make sure that you can arrive to the accommodation safely and instead of being lost somewhere and calling us at night to ask advice or help. The cost is same as usual taxi, but the comfort level is priceless:) Please keep that in mind when booking.

Price-
Price is calculated by depending on dates and number of guests you have inserted in your inquiry. Please check the calendar to see available dates and prices.
If the room is not available- feel free to check our other listings (always equal in quality, and sometimes even with better price)
An extra person costs extra per night and it is against our house rules to bring people in without booking accordingly.
Cleaning fee is a one-time fee for a one time service – this fee provides you with freshly prepared bed and room, also to provide you with essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. It is added to each booking. We provide specific quality for specific price, you can see the positive results from our reviews.
All possible changes and cancellations must be done here via Airbnb and according to our chosen policy.
