Perched atop a modern elevator-equipped building, overlooking the beautiful ocean in the heart of Nags Head, Top of The Oceans offers an incredible atmosphere that is sure to make a lasting impression. Enjoy a complete vacation experience with all the modern conveniences this wonderful condo has to offer. 

This three-bedroom penthouse condo in Nags Head is perfect for families and couples alike, as it provides an ideal setting to leave the stress of the real world behind. Imagine waking up each morning to a stunning sunrise from the spacious oceanfront balcony – magical! When not taking a dip in the large community pool, take advantage of the private walkway leading to the beach – providing easy access to the sand. For cozy mornings and nights, the king master bedroom suite is perfectly positioned for idyllic oceanfront views along with having a newly renovated bathroom. There is also a queen-sized master bedroom suite and a twin bedroom on the first level with full bath across the hall. The upstairs loft has twin beds and a full bath, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone to relax in comfort. The two master bedroom suites and four full bathrooms are a unique feature of this condo. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art and modern appliances and amenities.

Beach Access: Just a short walk from the condo.  Head downstairs and beach walkway is in between two Oceans buildings.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

The condo is amazing and very comfortable! We were so happy to have a place with an elevator that would make traveling with my parents possible. Thank you for sharing your amazing home and for the memories we were able to make. The view from the balcony was incredible. Everything about the condo was phenomenal.
