The lower level of the house is occupied by a long-term tenant. When you book, you'll have full access to the upstairs, which is private and completely separate from the downstairs unit. The hot tub will be exclusive to you and your booking party, but the laundry room will be a shared space.

The lower level of the property features a luxurious King Bedroom with an ensuite full bath, providing a private and serene retreat. There is also a comfortable living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Smart TV, offering an additional sleeping arrangement and entertainment options. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, allowing you to prepare snacks and beverages with ease. A laundry room is available for your convenience, ensuring that you can take care of any laundry needs during your stay.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
